Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide excellent customer service to all our patients. We understand that many of you have busy schedules, so it’s crucial to maintain an efficient appointment diary to prevent long waiting times.

Our Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may opt for a shorter session or reschedule for another date and time.

Cancellation Policy
We will confirm your appointment one working day before the scheduled time.

Please be aware of our cancellation policy:
A 50% charge will apply for cancellations made within four hours of the appointment time.
A 100% charge will apply for cancellations made within one hour of the appointment time or for no-shows.
All one-hour appointments will incur a 100% charge for cancellations made within 24 hours.

Note: Cancellations must be made by telephone or email during our operating hours.
