Numerous insurance companies offer coverage for osteopathic treatment and physical therapy/rehabilitation. However, certain insurers may require a referral letter from a medical doctor, so it’s advisable to verify this requirement with your insurance provider beforehand.
We do not impose charges for filling out insurance forms. However, there is an administrative fee of $140 for preparing medical and other letters, and $250 for comprehensive medical history reports.
